m law group advised Alloksys Life Sciences B.V. („Alloksys“) on a € 5.25 million investment and the acquisition of a minority stake by ICM Pharma, Pte. Ltd. („ICM Pharma “). Alloksys is a biopharmaceutical company based in the Netherlands. The company is developing therapeutic proteins for the treatment of acute inflammatory diseases.
ICM Pharma is a Singapore-based pharmaceutical manufacturer that develops, manufactures and markets a broad range of OTC and generic pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and disinfectants.
ICM Pharma’s investment will help support the development of RESCAP® (RESCuing Alkaline Phosphatase) in acute clinical settings by Alloksys. ICM Pharma obtains a minority stake in Alloksys and will have exclusive manufacturing and marketing rights for RESCAP® used in cardiothoracic surgery for the Asia Pacific region.
