For foreign companies with business in Germany, we help in setting up the appropriate legal structure in Germany, be it a German subsidiary, a German branch or a German representation office, and take care of all aspects of corporate housekeeping for German operations of foreign technology companies, including relevant corporate actions, filings and agreements including intercompany agreements between the German and the foreign operations. We provide legal advice to the corporate bodies and committees, starting from the incorporation of the respective entity until its liquidation. In addition, we offer our clients assistance on German and EU transformation law which, inter alia, includes (cross-border) mergers, splits and all changes of legal form.<\/p>\n
